Fender Stratocaster Vintage All Original 1958 | 3 Tone Sunburst
£39,995.00

We are proud to offer for sale an exceptional example of a 1958 Fender Stratocaster, retaining close to 100% originality of all components! This example still has its vibrant three-tone sunburst finish, possessing the red hues in the burst which normally fade over time. The serial number is 28570 and the guitar sports a body date of 6-58 and a neck date of 8-58.

The one piece maple neck is in great shape, with a limited amount of fingerboard wear on the 1st and 2nd frets and feels nicely worn in with smooth, silky texture that doesn't stick to your thumb. The nut and frets are original, which is very uncommon on guitars of this age and there is approximately 60% fret life remaining. The neck grip is slightly thin and has the famous ‘58 profile which feels both like a U and a C, very comfortable to play! Neck measurements are 21.3mm at the first fret and 25.1mm at the 12th fret.

Electrics wise, the guitar is 100% original with untouched solder joints, 3 black bobbin pickups and pot codes reading 304825 (25th week of 1958). The three way selector switch and capacitor are also original and untouched. Photos of internal cavities and indeed in person inspection are available upon request. The single line kluson-deluxe tuners as well as the saddles both have the correct patent numbers. The pickguard and plastics are well kept, with little shrinking, probably due to having spent most of its life protected in the case.

The guitar also comes with the original tweed case and tremolo arm. This guitar is a great player and also a great investment piece as prices for vintage guitars of this era have skyrocketed in recent years. Please consider this opportunity!

Fender Custom Shop '60 Telecaster Custom | Antique White
£3,495.00

Available now is what is quite possibly the coolest Telecaster we have ever seen and played. This is a 2022 Fender Custom Shop 1960 Telecaster Custom finished in Heavy Relic Antique White, and it is an absolutely spectacular guitar.

The guitar is exceptionally comfortable to play, weighing only 7lbs 5oz and featuring a beautifully worn-in neck finish. The factory wear has left the back of the neck incredibly smooth and fast, making it effortless to move up and down the fingerboard. Everything about this guitar feels considered, from the relic work to the neck shape and overall balance, and it has that rare quality where it feels like a genuinely played-in vintage guitar rather than simply a new instrument with an aged finish.

One of the really special features of this particular guitar is its handwound pickup set, wound by Celina Garcia and marked "HW CG 6-9-22". These pickups sound absolutely incredible, with the neck pickup delivering a warm, rounded and beautifully articulate tone whilst the bridge pickup has a punchy, mid-forward character with plenty of bite. Together they perfectly capture that sweet spot between late-'50s Telecaster snap and early-'60s warmth, giving the guitar an exceptionally musical and responsive voice.

This guitar is in excellent, unmarked condition with only the factory wear from the Heavy Relic treatment. It has been set up with Ernie Ball 10 gauge strings and plays great with low action and no buzz. It Comes with a good-quality non-original hard case. The original Shop Floor Traveler sheet is included with the guitar.

  • "Excellently curated collection of new and vintage guitars. I found a couple fairly rare Gibson Les Pauls and couldn’t resist purchasing one. One of the owners, Jan, made me an excellent deal and was able to ship it back home to the U.S. Great experience and when I come back to London I will make visiting a priority."
